Service Description

Please select any time within 7 days of your event. If you have already dropped flowers off, then please select the next available slot & leave note saying the flowers are already with us. For hand delivery please contact us via email, ronni@suspendedpetals.co.uk. THE DATE AND TIME SELECTED IS NOT YOUR SLOT TO DELIVER. PLEASE ARRANGE THIS VIA EMAIL. The Flower Drying Fee covers the cost of drying your flowers, this is non-refundable and will not count towards your order total. Once the Flower Drying Fee has been paid you will receive an email with all the information you need to send your flowers to us. Once your flowers are with us we will dry them using our specialist techniques, this will take between 4 - 9 weeks. When your flowers arrive with us, you will be sent and email letting you know we have received them safely, this will be the time you will need to order your pieces. If you are unsure if you have enough flowers for all your desired pieces, please email us and we will offer advise. FLOWER DRYING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE - UNLESS YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED BY SUSPENDED PETALS PRIOR TO ANY WORKS BEING CARRIED OUT.
