We will email you with a PDF file of instructions to package and send your flowers to us. 

 

Once your flowers arrives with us, you will receive an email update. 

 

We will email updates at each stage of the process.  There maybe a number of weeks between each update.  Some stages take longer than others, we cannot guarantee how long each step will take.
